  • Maestoso II Ambrosia:
    Maestoso II Ambrosia ("Aramis") was exhibited in hand for the Stallions Display. "Aramis" is sired by Maestoso II Primavera and is out of the mare, Ambrosia (Neapolitano Oda x Amorosa). He was bred and is owned by White Horse Vale Lipizzans.

    The Lipizzan Gelding, Favory II Maestina ("Beau"), ridden by Thomas Ritter in the Sales Horses Display. "Beau" was bred by Noble Lipizzans (a.k.a. Charlie Horse Acres), and is for sale. He is by Favory II Bonasera and out of Maestina.

    The Lipizzan Stallion, Pluto Ambrosia III ("August") is ridden by Shana Ritter in the Sales Horses Display. "August" was bred by White Horse Vale Lipizzans and is for sale. He is sired by Pluto III Belvedera and is out of Ambrosia (Neapolitano Oda x Amorosa).

    The Lipizzan Gelding, Pluto III Cascadia ("Caspian"), ridden by Apprentice Maria Wiltzscheck in the Sales Display. "Caspian" is bred and owned by White Horse Vale Lipizzans and is for sale. He is sired by Pluto III Belvedera and is out of Cascadia (Maestoso II Primavera x Catrina).

    Conversano Catalina:
    The Lipizzan Gelding, Conversano Catalina ("Cyrus"), ridden by Thomas Ritter in the Young Horses Sales Display. "Cyrus" was just barely green-broke in these photos and this was his first performance situation. He handled it quite admirably, and was an angel! "Cyrus" was bred and is owned by White Horse Vale Lipizzans and is for sale. He is sired by the SRS-Imported Stallion, Conversano Mima, and is out of Catalina (Maestoso II Primavera x Catrina).

    Tribella:
    The Lipizzan Mare, Tribella, exhibited the grace and athleticism of the Lipizzan at Liberty in the Sales Horses Display. Tribella is sired by Maestoso Canada and is out of the mare, Tribecca. Tribella is bred to Conversano Mima for a 2008 foal and is for sale.

    Farrah:
    The Palomino Lusitano/Arabian Mare, showed off at liberty during the Sales Horses Display. Farrah is sired by the cremello Lusitano stallion, Saphiro, owned by Rainey Valley Andalusians. Farrah is out of the chestnut Arabian mare, Strike Me Fanci. Farrah is for sale.

    The Lipizzan Gelding, Favory II Antiqua ("Fritz") showed off at liberty and then also performed under saddle ridden by Lisa Hettmann in the Young Horses Group. "Fritz" is sired by Favory Cremona and is out of the mare, Antiqua (Siglavy Dalea x Athena II) and was bred by White Horse Vale Lipizzans.

    The Lipizzan Gelding, Favory Catalina performed under saddle ridden by Sara Stafford in the Young Horses Group. He is sired by Favory Toscana and is out of the mare, Catalina (Maestoso II Primavera x Catrina) and was bred by White Horse Vale Lipizzans.

    Young Horses Group:
    The Horses just recently started under saddle performed together as a group. They included: Favory II Antiqua ("Fritz") ridden by Lisa Hettmann, Conversano Catalina ("Cyrus") ridden by Thomas Ritter, Odesa ridden by Kim Roe, Arria ridden by Ellen Chappell, Satori ridden by Maria Wiltzscheck, Athena II ridden by Bethanye Satterwhite, Favory Catalina ridden by Sara Stafford, and Arizonna ridden by Shana Ritter. Satori is a Shagya Mare bred by Ritter Dressage. All of the others are Lipizzans bred by White Horse Vale.

    Odesa:
    The Lipizzan mare, Odesa, ridden by Guest Rider, Kim Roe, performed in both the Young Horses Group and the Sales Horse Group. Odesa is by Conversano Mima and out of Odetta. She was bred by White Horse Vale and is for sale.

    Favory Ilka I:
    The Lipizzan stallion, Favory Ilka I, was exhibited in hand by Lisa Hettmann during the Stallions Display. "Sonny" is leased by White Horse Vale Lipizzans.

    Conversano Mima:
    The Lipizzan stallion, Conversano Mima ("Mima") was exhibited in hand to represent the Conversano Stallion line. "Mima" was bred at Piber and imported from the Spanish Riding School to come to White Horse Vale Lipizzans. He is now owned by White Horse Vale Lipizzans and is one of WHV's top breeding stallions.

    Gelding Quadrille:
    Four grey geldings performed a quadrille during the A.M. Performances. Thomas Ritter rode the Lipizzan Gelding, Favory II Maestina ("Beau"). Sara Stafford rode the Lipizzan Gelding, Siglavy Amelinda ("Monty"). Bethanye Satterwhite rode the Oldenburg Gelding, Andre. Maria Wiltzscheck rode the Lipizzan Gelding, Pluto III Cascadia ("Caspian").

    Pas-de-Trois:
    Our three guest riders performed a lovely Pas-de-Trois together with two chestnuts and one black horse. Kim Roe rode the chestnut mare. Ellen Kohlie rode the Black Trakehner gelding, Kant vom Castell ("Kohlie"). Bethanye Satterwhite rode her chestnut Morgan Gelding, Saddletime Guarantee ("Gary").
