For twenty-five years White Horse Vale has helped aspiring young riders learn about general horsemanship, dressage, breeding practices and ethical business practices. Although the Working Student Program is no longer offered, it is our pleasure to remember and salute the young men and women who have been a part of our lives as guests and students. Here are just a few of them.

June Boardman has hosted working students at White Horse Vale from all over the world. Students have come from Norway, Germany, France, Slovenia, Belgium and Hungary to learn more about classical dressage with the Lipizzans and to see some of the American Northwest. In addition to our working students, we have hosted high school exchange students from Israel, Indonesia, Denmark and Norway.
